Hi! I am Nicolette, an occupational therapist specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. I graduated in 2019 from The University of Scranton with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy (M.S., OTR/L).

While working in inpatient rehab, I decided to become a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) through Juluka Yoga Studio in Hillsdale, NJ. I completed my training in winter of 2021.

From 2021 on, I decided to pursue my passion in Women’s Health by taking continuing education courses specific to pelvic floor therapy including: Herman and Wallace’s Pelvic Function 1, 2A, 2B, Capstone, Visceral Mobilization of the Urinary System, and Sacral Nerve Manual Assessment and Treatment; the Functional Pelvis’ OT Pioneer’s Course; Nicole Cozean’s Interstitial Cystitis Course; and, Sarah Duvall’s Pregnancy and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certificate Course (PCES) and Pelvis 101. In 2024, I earned my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) which required 2,000 hours of direct patient care prior to sitting for a exam.

Aside from working with clients, I teach annually as a guest speaker at the University of Scranton, and I regularly volunteer as a teaching assistant through Herman and Wallace where most of my continuing education was completed.

I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, private practice, and primary care. My passion has been empowering women throughout their life, and my goal is to make that apparent in each of our sessions.

Outside of my career, I have a loving husband that I married in 2023. He makes all of my dreams possible. This past May 2025, we had our first child together. Going through my own pregnancy and motherhood has changed me as a therapist and as a person. I have learned and continue to learn so much each and everyday.

I am an avid reader. I am currently listening to the Outlander series on audiobook while reading The Pumpkin Spice Cafe on my kindle. I love to eat— I mean cook ;) If I could become a certified foodie I would! And, most importantly, I love being at the beach with my family.
